Future Version of Myself2.0(Focus and belief) I mainly want to show my gratitude to my colleague, friend, and now one of my family member. None other than Pradiksha_mom of 2, an enthusiastic and dedicated fitness coach. One day, I discovered that I had gained weight and was not performing my duties quickly and efficiently. So I called Pradiksha and requested to join Fitness class. I started in July 2023.Started on Day 1 from July 3and continued until today. Really amazing and refreshing energy. I've had some setbacks along the way, but I've acquired confidence and willpower to see it through. I began my road with just professional goals in mind, rather than personal ones.Now I realize we still have a lot to do in health and person.
This words are for the person who deserves best , yes as new mom I stated my fitness joinery only because of pradhiksha. The beauty about this journey is my trainer is also a new mom . We stared and we were able to do just because the commitment she had and the encouragement she has given to me. I stated my fitness journey once after six month of delivery . Really enjoyed , enjoying even now . One of the best thing I made after my delivery is this fitness and I stated loving my body and listening it . Able to observe my body completely everything has happened because of pradhiksha. Happy for you my dear as a friend .
