Hey there, folks! My name is Lalitha, and I'm a counseling psychologist passionate about mental health and well-being. I'm excited to raise awareness about its importance on this platform. With my Master's degree in counseling psychology, I have over four years of experience counseling both teens and adults in a safe and non-judgmental environment, as the world can be harsh. Treating oneself with empathy is not always a cakewalk, but an everyday learning to be kind to oneself and others. I try my best to guide my clients that it's okay to take a walk, run, or even skate on that cake if they want to.

As an eclectic therapist, I combine techniques from different schools of thought to create personalized treatment plans that cater to your unique needs. I'm a keen observer, a greatlistener, and a storyteller, which makes counseling a perfect fit for me. I enjoy writing down my thoughts and creating new perspectives that help my clients see things in a different light.

In my free time, I love working out and believe that a healthy body equals a healthy mind. Keeping your endorphins high is key to resilience.
