I am Pradiksha an engineer turned fitness instructor who has been helping people achieve their fitness goals for several years with international certifications in various fitness programs. As a women fitness evangelist, I made a mission to educate people about the importance of fitness and how it can benefit them in the long run.

And being mom of two, I extended my vision to focus on women's postpartum health which is a critical issue that often gets overlooked, as many women struggle to regain their fitness and health after giving birth. During pregnancy and after pregnancy, I extended myself to find a new me unlocking my hidden potentials and also helping my clients to achieve the same. I have been in the fitness industry for 8 years now and provide individuals & corporates mentoring in Fitness and Wellness.

I believe in working closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and create a personalized plan that fits their lifestyle and goals. I love spreading fitness and wellness to the audience of corporates as well as the public at large and the journey continues.
